Do you need to swap the second and third paragraphs in the word document you're working on? Don't waste time dragging text around within your document using the mouse. Just click on the paragraph you'd like to move, hold down Shift-Alt while moving the paragraph up or down using the arrow keys. Upgrade Planning for Windows Vista

 You can upgrade in-place, which means you can install Windows Vista and retain your applications, files, and settings as they were in your previous edition of Windows.
